Partners of MyLaundry.uk are other legal entities in the UK that can provide services to our clients and receive compensation for their work. Partners bear direct responsibility for providing services to clients. MYLAUNDRYUK LTD is not directly liable for the actions of its partners. MYLAUNDRYUK LTD accepts payment from clients and remits it to the partner who performs the service. We can facilitate discussions between you and the partner responsible for providing the service. Partners receive their compensation within two weeks of the payment day, provided that there are no outstanding customer inquiries related to the services provided. Your utilization of MYLAUNDRYUK LTD (“Services”) signifies your consent to abide by the terms and conditions presented herein. The term “the company” pertains to MYLAUNDRYUK LTD and partners. These terms and conditions do not infringe upon your statutory rights.

2. Services Offered

MyLaundry.uk and partners offers laundry, ironing, folding, washing, drying services and clothing repairs, accessible for payment online. Free pick-up and delivery are included as part of our service. MyLaundry.uk reserves the right to engage the services of any outsourcer, vendor, or external service provider for any aspect of our services, and this may be done without prior notice to the customer.

3. Payment

All payments for services must be made through the online payment portal provided on our website. Prices are clearly stated, and additional charges may apply for specific services. MyLaundry.uk and partners reserves the right to retain customers’ property and dispose of it if payment has not been received within 28 days from the completion date. If you wish to inquire about specific service charges, you may request an individual amount for the purchase of our services.

4. Scheduling and Delivery

Customers are responsible for scheduling services through our website. We offer free pick-up and delivery; however, specific time slots may be subject to availability. MyLaundry.uk and partners will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Mylaundry.uk and partners the right to apply a charge for collection or delivery services outside its standard 2 miles radius. In instances of failed collections or deliveries, a fee of £5.00 (five pounds) per visit will be incurred if a customer has been notified of our arrival but is unavailable or fails to inform us. Quoted collection and delivery times are estimates only. The company and partners cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by factors such as a high volume of work, staff shortages, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Customers who request collections or deliveries remotely, where the customer is absent, must bear full responsibility in the event that items go missing before collection or after delivery. The company and partners disclaims responsibility for any damage to garments left for collection or delivered remotely due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen reason. The company and partners is not liable for any damage to a customer’s premises or its contents, whether during collection or delivery inside or outside those premises. While our drivers and partners will exercise reasonable care, it is the responsibility of the premises owner to seek compensation through their own insurance in the event of accidents.

5. Care and Responsibility

While we take utmost care in handling your laundry, MyLaundry.uk and partners is not liable for damage to items with special care instructions. Customers are encouraged to provide specific care guidelines for delicate items.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers can cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the designated pick-up time. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee 1.5%+0.20p. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Refund requests must be made within 5-25 days of the service date.

7. Privacy Policy

MyLaundry.uk values your privacy. Personal information provided during the use of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Respect our services

At MyLaundry.uk, we are committed to treating our customers with utmost respect and fairness. We strive to deliver exceptional value and service and address any concerns or complaints in a fair and timely manner. While we are dedicated to providing excellent customer support, we cannot tolerate any form of abuse directed towards our staff or representatives. We reserve the right to refuse service and discontinue communication if such behavior occurs.

9. Uncollected Items

MyLaundry.uk and partners retains the right to dispose of any items not paid for or collected, or in cases where a delivery slot is not agreed upon or delivery has been attempted and failed, after 28 days from the completion date. The company and partners assumes no liability for items disposed of under this clause.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MyLaundry.uk reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will not be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We strongly recommend checking the information in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of this website on a regular basis.
