terrible service, they ruined my husband’s suede sneakers. the sneakers were beige and turned green after cleaning. as compensation there was a 50% discount. thank you, and what about the fact that we will have to buy new sneakers? shame! very upset with such attitude to customers, it is better not to take such orders if you do not know how to work with them. and especially not to charge for damaged items. very disappointed with your service. do not recommend.

The best! Great service and prices here. They can organise collection and delivery with a reasonable minimum spend, the prices are the best in the area and the quality of the clean is actually much higher than many competitors. They are very good at taking care of stains and spot treatments. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Simply the BEST…the quality of cleaning & repairs from Upper Dry Cleaners are second to none!! They always provide a warm welcome and can’t do enough for me as their customer…from cleaning very well-worn vintage clothes to simply sewing a button back on…no job is too big or too small! I am a collector and dealer of vintage clothing and I would not allow my treasures to go anywhere else in London! So grateful to have such a great dry cleaner and alterations specialist…hence I’ve been a customer for many many years and recommend them to all my friends and clients!

Used to be a good dry cleaning, but not anymore. I had recently a jacket which I always give for dry cleaning. After 5 days the jacket wasn’t ready still as their dry cleaning machine broke down. I went to pick it up the next day and was worst than when I brought it in. Definitely jacket is ruined and sadly to say that I don’t recommend this dry cleaners anymore as they aren’t professional.

There was a delay in the cleaning as their machine had broken down, but I wasn’t told and travelled to the shop to collect without knowing the job hadn’t been done.
Then, somehow they re-stitched the wrong button, which was quite hard to believe as the button that should have been addressed was barely hanging on by a thread! It’s still not repaired, and there wasn’t enough time to do so before I needed to wear it at an event.
I don’t think I’ll be going back – the only reason I gave 2 stars was that the pricing was fair.
