Very close to the host family, Home Ma said that "dehydration" is also considered using the washing machine. You can only use the washing machine twice a week. This is the best way😂 I never thought that washing clothes is such a difficult thing😭😭
This place is much cleaner, there is a supermarket opposite, it would be more perfect if a sink could be added to make it easier to wash your hands👍
Terrible Experience – Rude, Unprofessional, and Racist Behaviour from the Owner. Date – July 2025!
We had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at this laundromat due to the owner’s unacceptable behaviour. We have been using this place for quite some time and are fully aware of how the machines work and how much load they can handle. Despite the fact that the machines are frequently out of order, we never faced any major issues—until now.
During one of our recent visits, the dryer suddenly stopped working in the middle of the cycle. My husband called the owner to inform her, expecting assistance. Instead of offering any help, she immediately blamed us, accusing us of overloading the machine and even claiming we broke it. When we asked how we were supposed to know the limits—especially when there are no instructions provided—she condescendingly replied, "It’s common sense," and went on to say we didn’t have any.
Not only was she rude and dismissive, but she also raised her voice at my husband and behaved aggressively in person. Shockingly, she asked where we were from, questioning whether we were Indian or Pakistani, and then made an offensive and irrelevant comment implying that men from those countries treat women badly. How is that even remotely relevant to a broken dryer? This kind of racist and xenophobic behaviour is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, she only started recording the incident once my husband, frustrated by her false accusations and offensive comments, raised his voice slightly. She made it seem like we were the aggressors, when in fact, she had been abusive from the start.
She kept repeating how "90% of her customers have common sense, and the 10%—people like us—don’t." That statement alone was incredibly discriminatory and insulting. She then refused to refund the money for the broken dryer, claiming again that we were at fault. She even said she shouldn’t have to come and assist us, despite being the business owner. If you run a customer-facing business, helping customers should be the bare minimum—not a favor.
When I arrived to understand the situation, she interrupted my private conversation with my husband, telling me to “be careful” because he might lie to me—another absurd and offensive intrusion. I tried to remain calm and respectful, even addressing her as “dear” in an attempt to de-escalate the situation, only for her to take offense and snap at me, claiming it was insulting because she is “English.” When I asked what being English had to do with anything, she then accused us of being racist—completely twisting the situation after she had already made derogatory comments about our ethnicity.
The entire experience was appalling. Her tone was disgustingly condescending, her behavior was racist, and she created a toxic and hostile environment instead of handling a minor issue with professionalism and empathy. She made us use two dryers and still refused to refund the money for the one that broke.
I strongly advise against supporting this business. No customer should have to tolerate verbal abuse, racism, and blatant disrespect—especially not from someone who claims to be a business owner.

Got our washing done for the first time here, clothes have never smelt fresher. The owner also came out and was extremely friendly waiting for us so she could close as we thought our washing would be done in 40 minutes but was done in 20! A little pricey but worth the cost!!
