I read the reviews before coming and it's meant to be the woman who isn't very nice. I put money in the dryer and it didn't work so I phoned the emergency contact number and a man answered who was very rude to me on the phone. Considering I lost my 50p which I didn't really care about I just wanted help with the machine .he said come back on Tuesday to get my 50p all I can go somewhere else in a very unprofessional tone of voice. Apart from that it's a decent launderette it's only £3 for 20 minute wash and 50p for the spinner, which is optional which I highly recommend as they are old machines which don't spin very well. You can buy washing powder for 50p but it's the cheap stuff so I recommend you bring your own. There's no tea or coffee or a change machine. There is a shop couple of doors away which wasn't happy giving me pound coins for the launderette so you need to bring change with you. There are two ways speaking cameras so if you're smoking or something you shouldn't be doing you can be told off by the owner if he wanted too.. opening times 8:00 a.m. last wash 6:00 p.m. door locks at 7:00 p.m.Thare isn't any signs telling you that that is CCTV in operation which there should be if the owner intends to use the CCTV as evidence in a court of law.

Having not been into a laundrette for 15 years I was completely clueless, luckily there was a very helpful member of staff who showed me how to use everything correctly.

We’re a local hair salon in Broadstone, located directly opposite the launderette. While we have our own washer and dryer, there are times when we need towels dried more quickly, so we send our apprentices over to use the dryers for about 30 minutes.

Lately, we’ve started going after 1pm because we’ve noticed that a particular staff member isn’t working then. Unfortunately, when we do need towels dried before 1pm, this same staff member consistently refuses, claiming the launderette is too busy—even when it’s completely empty.
